Don Edds
Don entered the technology industry through the backdoor, with his first introduction to computers originating with CAD (Computer-Aided Design). Having an aptitude to master what others saw as too difficult to grasp, Don majored in Architectural Design with a CAD emphasis.
Upon graduation, Don worked as a designer for the park and recreation industry. Within two years, he became the Vice President of Sales, his first task being the automation of the sales team. Because of the lack of available products for sales management Don set forth to design his first Sales Automation Program in a CPM database. As he continued to extend his skill set, he wrote Sales Automation Programs before discovering GoldMine in 1995.
